The Toolstation Western League Podcast has started it’s eighth season with the first episode of the new run featuring journalists Ross Reid, from South West Sports News, and Josh Thomas from the North Somerset Times and the Weston, Worle and Somerset Mercury. The podcast reunites long term presenter, Ian Nockolds and Tom Hiscott, the editor of the Toolstation Western League Bulletin, a weekly publication that summarises each matchdays action.
Speaking about the return of the podcast, Ian Nockolds said: “It’s great to be back and this season promises to be bigger and better than ever. So many managers to speak to, including new teams like Brixham and Middlezoy, plus old favourites like Stuart Jones and Ray Johnston.
It’s great to be back with Tom bringing all the listeners all the results, all the interviews and all the news from across the Toolstation Western League.”
The Western League Podcast is available on all leading podcast providers, including the Leagues website www.toolstationleague.com. Each week Tom and Ian summarise highlights from across the Leagues action as well as an interview with a Premier Division and First Division manager.
